Dance Stage Management
In her time as a Stage Manager, Jorie found an interest in Dance Stage Management for Contemporary Dance. In her undergrad, she worked on around two to three dance productions a year in a stage or production management position.
New Moves: Contemporary Dance Showcase

In 2021 Jorie had the pleasure of being the Production Stage Manager for New Moves, a dance showcase choreographed by the graduating class of 2021 in the Contemporary Dance B.F.A at Indiana University. The showcase was filmed and allowed her to work in a TV Studio.

Jorie worked on four consecutive years of SLIP as either the stage or production manager. The show was created as a way for student choreographers to showcase their work. The production is usually comprised of between 10-20 pieces running roughly 5 minutes each. They have worked in numerous theatres and found spaces.
